Refund Policy for Stock Hair Toppers:
Hair toppers are eligible for return within two days of receiving it, with day one being the day the item is received according to confirmed tracking. The customer is responsible for return shipping, which must include insurance and tracking. The return must be postmarked by the second day; otherwise, it will be sent back.

Return Process:
Send an email with your return tracking number and order number to hairtoppermama@gmail.com. Make sure your name is on the package. If the tracking number and order number is not received by email on day two, the item will be shipped back to the buyer. All returns are subject to either a 10% restocking fee.
Condition of Returned Hair Pieces:
Hair pieces must be sent back in their original condition. Any cuts, color, styling with heat, washing, or other alterations will render the hair piece ineligible for return. Do not use perfumes or expose the piece to smoke. Each return is carefully inspected. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If Topper Mama Hair Collection receives an altered item, it will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving it. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after processing. Please email us if you do not see your refund within 15 business days.
